Understanding how Virtual Assistants work

Virtual Assistants provide services remotely to support businesses, from call minding and diary management to event co-ordination and management.

Virtual assistancts offer services that are, typically, provided by a Personal Assistant in the traditional office but without the additional staffing, equipment or location costs.

Charges, rates and cost of hiring a virtual assistant

• £20 per hour Monday – Friday (normal working hours (9-6))
• £30 per hour Monday – Friday (outside normal hours)
• £40 per hour Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays
• There is a minimum charge of 1 hour, then charged at 15 minute increments
• Website Projects & Meeting / Conference Organisation are costed individually
• Rates do not include stationery and postages costs
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
• Individuals are required to pay a 30% deposit before work commences
